Faie’s namesake comes from founding partners Cat and Christina’s middle names: Fangfang 芳芳 and Jhaie 家怡. Like their middle names: strategy, expansion, and process optimization are part of who they are. This firm follows their passions, which has been reflected well in their careers.

Christina and Cat met in 2015 while working at Visa. They shared many interests and aspirations: pursuing global careers, creating meaningful work, and one day starting their own venture together. Throughout the years, Christina and Cat have kept in touch, even while living across the world from each other.

Since meeting, Christina and Cat have worked in leadership positions at some of the top companies in the world ranging from high growth start-ups to Fortune 500s including: BCG, Mckinsey, Visa, Uber, and Shopee. Combined, they have lived abroad in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
